What is the estimated delivery time for shipping?
We aim to get your Mixologer order to you as soon as possible. There are many factors that can impact shipping times, but orders are typically shipped the same or next day. Depending on your geographic location, you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other events, may occasionally impact shipping times. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and provide updates on the status of your order.

Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
What is your return/exchange policy?
While we wish we could offer a more customer friendly return and refund policy, due to laws and regulations around the shipment of alcohol we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. All sales of products containing alcohol are final. If items arrive damaged or broken, we will issue a credit or replace damaged products.
For cocktail kits and products shipped without alcohol, please contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance in processing a return.
Delays due to the shipping courier cannot be refunded. Please note that shipments/delivery dates are subject to change in the event of national holidays, inclement weather, and high demand periods.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order! You should expect to see movement from your tracking number within 48 hours of receiving it. The best way to say up-to-date on your delivery, is to track it through the carriers website.

How many drinks can be prepared with your Ultimate Kits?
Depending which Ultimate Kit you order, the number of cocktails varies. Please check out the product page for the kit you are interested in for more information on what is included!
Do you deliver to a post office box (PO box) address?
If your order contains alcohol, a signature of someone 21+ is required for delivery, so we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
If you are ordering any of our barware products, or one of the many kits that don’t contain alcohol, we are able to ship to a PO Box.
Which shipping courier do you use for your deliveries?
We use various carriers for shipment. Those include FedEx, USPS, and UPS. If you want to know which carrier will be used, of if you need a specific carrier used, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
