RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Mixologer, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are available for non-spirited products within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a full refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that the cost of the return label, including a restocking fee, will be deducted from your total refund amount.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos or images of the damaged product. Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement. For issues arising after the 7-day window, please reach out to us at bartender@themixologer.com. Additional shipping costs may apply.

RETURNS ON ALCOHOL
Due to laws and regulations around the sale of alcohol, all sales on alcohol are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders containing alcohol, however if there are damages to any alcohol that arrives, please let our team know and we can work to get that replaced.

In the event that an order is returned to us (RTS) due to delivery issues, a refund may be processed upon request. Please note that this refund is applicable only for RTS orders. The refund will be issued after deducting a $9.99 shipping fee and a $30.00 restocking fee (pre-shipping and taxes). Additionally, if you choose to reship the order, the reshipment fee will remain at $9.99, regardless of any changes to the delivery address.

BARWARE WARRANTY
At The Mixologer, we pride ourselves on delivering premium barware designed to elevate your mixology experience. Our commitment to quality is backed by a warranty that ensures your satisfaction and peace of mind. Please review the details of our warranty policy below:

WARRANTY PERIOD
All Mixologer barware products come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship, starting from the date of receipt. Please note that warranty coverage is non-transferable and exclusive to the original purchaser.

GIFTS
If you received an item as a gift and need to initiate a return or exchange, please note that all returns and refunds must be processed with the original purchaser of the order. In these cases, the purchaser will need to contact our team directly for next steps.
