FULFILLMENT AND REFUND POLICY
ORDERING AND DELIVERY
Typically, most orders are processed within 1-2 days. We ensure our best to ship all orders within 3 business days. During certain busy periods, some orders may take up to 5 business days to ship. If you have questions about your ship date, please contact us before placing an order. All orders including spirits will ship ground from a local licensed retailer. You may upgrade products without alcohol at checkout to the delivery speed of your choosing for additional charges.
State and Federal laws require a person of at least 21 years of age to be present to sign for all alcohol shipments. Anyone over 21 years of age with proper identification at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery.
For your convenience, our shipper will make three attempts to deliver your shipment before returning your package to us. If you are not home on a regular basis, please use your work or office as the shipping address. Any shipments returned to us may be subject to additional charges to reship.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If items arrive damaged or broken, we will issue a credit or replace damaged products. While we wish we could offer a more customer friendly returns and refund policy, due to laws and regulations around the sale and shipment of alcohol we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. All sales of products containing alcohol are final. For cocktail kits and products shipped without alcohol, please contact customer support within 7 days or receiving your order for assistance in processing a return.
Delays due to the shipping courier cannot be refunded. Please note that shipment/delivery dates are subject to change in the event of national holidays, inclement weather, and high demand periods.
