We took the Monger's Table Box, a hand-built spread of meats and cheeses worth bragging about, and matched it with two wines that pull their weight from the first pour to the last cracker.

The Villa Sparina Gavi brings zippy citrus and clean minerality that makes marinated sheep and goat cheese sing. The Stoller Reserve Pinot Noir from Oregon's Dundee Hills is all silky red fruit and gentle spice, a natural partner for Tuscan Salamé and sharp Prairie Breeze cheddar. Every box includes a tasting guide with pairing notes, so you'll sound like you planned the whole thing. Because you did.
